Crafting Guide

As a large and often misunderstood part of the game, I thought I would begin to explain how Crafting works. Although perhaps daunting at first, Crafting is easy to understand, and even easier to train.

Starting out

Once you're over level 8 and have reached Silence, the town east of Fallen Leaf, you can begin the quest which allows you to pick a profession. Talk to Mastoo who stands opposite the food seller. He will ask you to bring him 10 Grenadine, 10 Poor Fur and 10 Bronze Mineral. Wolves drop Poor Fur, Goblins drop Grenadine and Bronze Mineral can be mined from green rocks found all around Silence. Once you've collected and handed in the materials, Mastoo will offer to give you a letter to give to a profession trainer. The letter you pick will decide which profession you can do, and you can only do one profession at once. If you later change your mind you can reset your profession for 10 Gold. To finish the quest simply take your letter to the respective profession trainer.

Business Currency

If you switch to your spells menu, you will now see which pieces of equipment you can make. Tapping on one will show which materials you need in your bag to create the item. Creating items gives you Business Currency. Business Currency is used to buy handbooks and ranks. Handbooks, once read, allow you to create a new piece of equipment. These can be bought or found as rare drops from monsters and treasure chests. Ranks are necessary to create higher level equipment, the higher the Rank the better the equipment. The Table below shows the cost of each Rank and the level required.

Rank Cost (Business Currency) Level Required
Primary - 8
Intermediate 550 14
Advanced 2,300 25
Professional 10,000 35
Master 44,000 45
